House for vacation rental in São Sebastião
The house is in a gated community.
It has 5 complete, spacious suites, with custom furniture and Wi-Fi for Home Office.
Comfortable living room and TV, toilet, kitchen, well equipped with appliances, balcony with barbecue, private pool and jacuzzi, laundry area.
Parking for up to 4 cars.
We do not have direct access to the beach, but access to the beach is quick and easy.
12 people limit including children.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the condominium property.
It has 3 tennis courts, a society football field, a beach tennis court, a games room, a swimming pool, a gym with various equipment, a jacuzzi, a dry and wet sauna, a spa and a playroom with monitors for children throughout the holiday period.
Other observations
- STAFF:
The presence of staff during the stay is essential (cook and housekeeping), their services are not included in the daily rates.
The employee takes care of tidying and cleaning daily.
The cook makes delicious dishes and appetizers for you to enjoy the best meals during your stay.
- LINEN:
We provide all the linen (bed linen, bath towels and pool towels) for 12 guests.
There are no exchanges during the rental period.
If the guest wants to exchange, an additional laundry fee will be charged.
- POINTS OF INTEREST:
1 - WHALE BEACH:
The house is LOCATED on Praia da Baleia, one of the safest and most desired beaches on the north coast, an excellent beach for physical activity, with its extensive 3km of beach and it is very common to see people doing morning bike rides and running. The sea is calm and peaceful, great for swimming, its sands are clear and firm.
2 -BARRA DO SAHY BEACH:
As a neighbor we have the beautiful Praia da Barra do Sahy, a charming beach full of charms such as:
Natural pool, Praia dos Anjos and a super charming chapel.
Not to mention, it is one of the most recommended places to see the sunset.
3 - THE ISLANDS:
An essential tour tip, the Islands are a place with a lot of charm, there you will find tents and chairs to enjoy an incredible day, with a sensational sunset, there you also have a kiosk that makes various types of drinks, caipirinhas and portions.
4 - NEIGHBOR BEACHES:
The house is also close to the beaches of Juquehy, Camburi, Camburizinho and Maresias.
Car journeys take between 10 and 20 minutes and the beaches are well preserved and have several attractions.
