Our Gated Community, Chalet Inn House Type, has 16 Flats/Chalets for Seasonal Rental, without Hotel Services, for 01 to 04 people, maximum each, including children.
❇✴ We do not accept animals on site.
❇✴ Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, always minimum 04 Nights of Rental per Season, without Hotel.
💠 The Standards advertised here are for Chalets with Ceiling Fans, for a maximum of 4 people, including children.
💠 Optionally, and with a different rental price, we also offer Flats with Air Conditioning.
All have a full American kitchen, 01 bedroom for 2 people, with 02 single box beds, or they can be joined together to form a couple, and in the living room 2 people on a double sofa bed.
The Seasonal Rental is without Hotel Services (i.e., we do not provide Bed Linen, Bath Linen or Food).
In the Common Area:
Internet via Wi-Fi, Swimming Pool, Deck, Lounge with Barbecue, Rest Room, Internal Walled Parking (01 Medium Vehicle per Flat).

About Domingos Carusi
I am Married, Father and Grandfather, I studied at Mackenzie University and at the Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado, and I have always worked in the IT area.
I also lived with a lot of people, professionally and personally, and so the path was to continue these contacts with people, now through our guests.
In 1995 I bought the land at the current location, which later, in the middle of 2004 until 2008, we started to build our Condominium Maresias Caracalla Flats.
Even working in Informatics, and my wife in Law focused on Schools, both of us always liked and spent part of our lives in the North Coast of the State of São Paulo, more specifically in Praia de Maresias.
So what ... here we are, definitely!
Currently my wife and I live on site and manage our business personally, adding to our joy of living at Praia de Maresias.

Our Flats are Unique, with 50 m2, with stairs and exclusive balconies, a reservoir of 26,000 liters of water, in addition to a Semi-Artesian Well, which guarantees a solid water reserve.
Add to that Quality, our own Sewage Treatment, before dumping in the Rivers and the Sea.
Our fully walled and indoor parking is a great differentiator ... and Much More!
