It has the ideal space for a season in the city of São Paulo, and is very well equipped with SmartTV, blackout window, ultra-fast internet, enclosed terrace, beautiful view, and full kitchen. The bathroom has a great hairdryer and gas shower. The building has plenty of leisure facilities with a swimming pool, gym, laundry, sauna, grocery store and parking space.Important Rules:
- Smoking is not permitted in the property;
- All tenants must provide a photo of an official document prior to check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
- Parties or events are not permitted inside the property;
- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation.
