The house has a private pool with sauna and integrated spa that can optionally be heated (R$125.00 per day).
The condominium also has another shared swimming pool, on the coast, belonging to the condominium, which can be used as long as a small fee is paid to the condominium.
The house is surrounded by birds and squirrels, just put papaya and peanuts there and they will appear.
The garage is spacious, with plenty of space.
The house has a full kitchen and barbecue.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms.
Excellent showers with central heating and pressurizer, the bath is excellent.
The double beds are excellent, with 2 King Size beds and two normal size beds and 6 single mattresses, 2 of which are underneath each King Size bed and two normal single mattresses, which are next to the normal double beds.
The condominium is extremely safe, super peaceful and quiet.
Very important detail: If you like loud music and chaos until the early hours of the morning..., avoid this property, as noise is only allowed until 10 pm and, if the noise continues after the set time, a fine of 1,500.00 will be applied for the first occurrence and this amount will be doubled if the noise continues.
We do not accept people who want to cause trouble, who are noisy, who do not respect the house rules, who like to listen to funk music or electronic music at a volume that is incompatible with the peace of the neighborhood. If this is your case, please move to another property, as you will not be welcome in our residence.
Furthermore, the construction is spectacular, with panoramic views of Marcela and the sea, in a family atmosphere, super cozy and comfortable.
We are 3 km from Curral beach (the closest beach) and have a fiber optic Wi-Fi network with an excellent Mbps rate.

I have lived in Ilhabela for approximately 20 years and after all this time, I can say: If you want a place to rest, visit beautiful waterfalls, go on fantastic tours with whale and dolphin watching, snorkel with views of the rich marine fauna, drink excellent coffee and eat in fantastic restaurants..., you are definitely in the right place.
All this in a completely SAFE environment, as Ilhabela is a place where there are practically no occurrences of crimes such as assaults and thefts, as observed in any other place, other than this paradisiacal island, surrounded by water on all sides, with no escape route...
