Apartment for vacation rental in Guarujá
- RENTAL ONLY FOR FAMILIES OF A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE
- Payments: 50% upon by deposit into account and 50% up to 3 (three) days before check-in.

- Cancelled reservations will not be refunded.
- Check-in: on the day of arrival from 10 am and check-out until 2 pm on the day of departure.
- Bed linen (sheets, blankets, pillows), bath towels (bath towels, face towels) and personal hygiene products (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap and toilet paper), NOT INCLUDED
- Pets accepted as long as they are small.
- After, the tenant must send the landlord a photo of the personal documents of the group members, to fill out a form that will be sent to the caretaker who will check the data and authorize the tenants' entry into the property.
- Entry is granted AFTER CONFIRMATION OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION PAYMENT, the door keys will be inside a small safe next to the door and an opening password will be provided.
- Condominium staff do not deliver or receive keys or remote controls for the gates; upon leaving, these should simply be placed in the piggy bank next to the door and locked, and the gate controls left on the table in the apartment. We trust the tenants.
- Once at the property, there will be a control for the entry and exit gates on the table, which must be left in the same place.

I am a calm, friendly, polite and flexible person. Everything I have announced is the purest reality regarding the property. It is like being at home but with the beach only 200 meters away. Quiet, safe and highly policed street since the Casagrande Hotel has its own security guards passing by our street all night long. Extremely quiet street.
Clean, with no street vendors, parking lots or bars. A strictly family-friendly building, quiet, with no mess or noise. You will have the rest you deserve. If you want, you can visit the apartment. Just schedule it beforehand and let our doorman know. Security and beach service available with chairs and umbrellas.
