On the ground floor: living room with 2 areas, toilet, full kitchen, outdoor area with washing machine, clothesline and barbecue, with mobile glass cover.
Upper floor; 2 (two) suites with air conditioning and ceiling fans, one with 1 double bed, TV, and 2 separate single mattresses and the other with 2 single beds with 1 extra bed. In this second suite, the two single beds can be converted into a double bed if the guest wishes. There are also two additional separate single mattresses. 5 people sleep in beds, 3 on the separate mattresses.
Note: If you want bed linen: R$ 150.00. *** If you are bringing a pet (we accept 1 small or medium sized pet) there is a fee of R$ 100.00 per period.
Good taste, very well thought out, comfortably accommodating 8 people in 2 complete suites. Living and dining room, with TV, full kitchen, open to the outdoor area where the barbecue is! The barbecue area has a movable glass roof, even if it rains, the barbecue will come out!
It is 400 meters from the beach, 15 minutes walking, but there is free parking on the beach at 45 degrees, you can go by car (3 minutes)
The neighborhood has excellent infrastructure with a wide variety of shops.
Parking: 1 space inside the condominium. A second car can be parked on the street, which is a very quiet street and has a night guard.
The famous Canto do Tortuga - is 700 meters away, you can walk along the beach.
Pernambuco Beach is 1700 meters away. The famous Pitangueiras Beach is a 10-minute drive away.
