Even during high season, visitors can disconnect from the general hustle and bustle and enjoy total peace and tranquility in a comfortable, refined and carefully decorated colonial-style environment.Located on Pernambuco Beach, the colonial-style house is reminiscent of a countryside landscape right on the beach and can be the starting point for trips to the surrounding area: Perequê Beach with its restaurants and stalls selling fresh fish and seafood, the beautiful beaches of São Pedro, Iporanga, Pinheirinho, Branca, among many others. In addition to the comfort of the suites and common areas, such as the beautiful barbecue house, the various gardens with their fruit trees and the terraces, the house has a beautiful swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the Serra do Mar.
All facilities have full support and infrastructure. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans in all rooms, as well as kitchen, bed, table and bath utensils. Everything at your disposal to provide a perfect stay! We are a family holding company that, among other things, owns this beautiful house, inherited from our Candeias grandparents, who arrived in Guarujá in the 1950s. Our family is very focused on values such as respect for others, values such as gender equality and no distinction between creed, race or football team! We cultivate values such as love for life, science and nature.
All investment resulting from this exchange of experiences will be used to maintain this cultural and environmental heritage, making our home increasingly full of sustainable infrastructures, in harmony with the Biome around us: the Atlantic Forest.
