Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels. In special cases, please contact us regarding availability and we will provide the items at a local partner laundry fee. Check-in is not possible after midnight due to condominium rules. The hot water system in this property can only be used for one shower at a time due to the high flow rate of the installed showers.
The property is in an excellent location and does not require a car to go to the city center for a walk, lunch or dinner. The apartment is fully decorated and well maintained. There are no mold problems because it is well ventilated and regularly serviced. The presence of heating in the bedrooms and the fireplace provide support for heating the rooms.
Guests can use the condominium's barbecue area with a prior reservation requested 7 days in advance.
