High season 20/12 to 14/01: Minimum period of 10 days
Low season 01/15 to 02/05: Minimum period of 5 days
Two types of Daily or Overnight membership are:
Daily rate: check-in at 9am / check-out at 5pm
Overnight: check-in at 3pm / check-out at 12pm
OBSERVATION:
* COVID 19: Brokers are not responsible if restrictions occur in the municipality on the rental date;
* Voltage: 220V;
* Renting without a visit is the sole responsibility of the customer;
* Any shortages of water or electricity are the sole responsibility of the respective concessionary companies, brokers are not responsible if the lack of water or electricity occurs due to rationing by the concessionary companies;
* Accommodation of more people than the number stipulated in the contract is prohibited;
* It is prohibited to disturb the peace of others by making noise above the limits established by law;
* Pet (please inquire);
* The real estate agency reserves the right to discuss rental matters only with the Tenant of the contract, therefore it is up to the Tenant to pass on the information to the other occupants of the property;
* The keys to the leased property will only be delivered to the Lessee of the contract; or by express written authorization.
