Welcome to our refuge in São Francisco do Sul! We are located 50 meters from Prainha, a beach recognized with the Blue Flag, a symbol of its purity and quality. Furthermore, we are just a few meters from the serene Praia da Enseada.Our cozy space, situated at the top of the property, comprises a bedroom, a living room (which can be used as a bedroom), a kitchen and a bathroom. We have parking space for one compact vehicle. The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, while the living room and kitchen have ceiling fans.
The maximum occupancy capacity of the property is 4 people, but upon approval, we allow additional guests upon payment of an additional fee of R$150 per night per guest.

In addition, the property's balcony has a private barbecue for those special moments of outdoor cooking. We also provide a private washing machine for greater convenience during your stay.
We offer Wi-Fi internet and cable TV in the living room to ensure you stay connected and entertained. Furthermore, the property has an artesian well, eliminating concerns about water scarcity, especially during the high season (from December to March), when the city can suffer from supply problems due to the large number of tourists.
The Kitnet is located on the second floor, so you need to climb stairs to access it. The staircase is shared with the apartment next door, which means that other guests will pass in front of Kitnet's window door to access their apartment.

Check-out: Until 11 am.
We emphasize that pricing is done per night, not per day. If you prefer daily pricing, please let us know so we can add a daily rate. Additionally, if available, we will charge R$150.00 per hour for early check-in or late check-out. Availability confirmation will be available just a few days before arrival.
