House located in the city of Porto Belo/SC, in the city center and close to the beach. It is a quiet and safe place with a beautiful tree-lined garden. A corner to enjoy the holidays with family and friends.The land has 3,500 m2, is completely walled with an entrance gate. There are other houses on the land that are also rented by the season and a court with a volleyball net and a soccer goal. The central area of the garden and the sports court are shared with the other guests and my family.
The property is a kitchenette with 26 m2 that accommodates up to 3 guests. It has access to Wi-Fi and parking space in the garden for one vehicle.
Cozy space with air conditioning. Bedroom, living room and kitchen integrated.
The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe with shelves and hangers.
Living room with a single bed and TV with reception of open digital channels.
Full kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, sink, table with three stools, cupboards with pots, crockery, cutlery, blender, thermos and other kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is complete and has an electric shower.
Laundry room with tank for washing clothes, a portable clothesline, bucket, squeegee, broom and a cloth for cleaning.
The barbecue available in the house is portable and has a grill/skewer.
Two beach chairs are available.

*a face towel, a bathroom floor, a toilet paper and liquid soap;
*two dishtowels, a tablecloth, a kitchen sponge, a washcloth and a liquid detergent.
