House for vacation rental in Porto Belo
The land has 3,500 m2, is completely walled with an entrance gate. There are other houses on the land that are also rented by the season and a court with a volleyball net and a soccer goal. The central garden area and sports court are shared with other guests and my family
The property is a 40m2 kitchenette that accommodates up to 4 guests. It has access to Wi-fi and parking space in the garden for one vehicle.
The bedroom is a suite and has air conditioning, a portable table fan, a double bed, a single bed, an extra single mattress, a closet for clothes with shelves and hangers and a TV with digital channel reception. The bathroom has an electric shower.
The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, gas stove with oven, sink, table with four stools, cupboards with pots, crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. It has an electric coffee maker, blender and thermos.
In the living room/kitchen there is a single sofa bed.
On the porch there is a space with a tank for washing clothes, a portable clothesline, bucket, squeegee, broom and a cloth for cleaning.
The barbecue available in the house is portable and has a grill/skewer.
Two beach chairs are available.
Other items available in the house:
*four pillows, pillowcases, sheets and a bath towel per guest;
*a face towel, a bathroom floor, a toilet paper and liquid soap;
*two dishtowels, a tablecloth, a kitchen sponge, a washcloth and a liquid detergent.
