House for vacation rental in Porto Belo
House located in the city of Porto Belo/SC, in the city center and close to the beach. It is a quiet and safe place with a beautiful tree-lined garden. A corner to enjoy the holidays with family and friends.The land has 3,500 m2, is completely walled with an entrance gate. There are other houses on the land that are also rented by the season and a court with a volleyball net and a soccer goal. The central area of the garden and the sports court are shared with the other guests and my family.
The house is 60 m2 and accommodates up to 6 guests. It has access to Wi-Fi throughout the house and parking space in the garden for two vehicles.
There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, living room and integrated kitchen, bathroom, balcony and laundry room.
Bedroom 1 has a double box spring bed, an extra single mattress and a wardrobe with shelves and hangers. Bedroom 2 has a double box bed, a single box bed and wardrobe. Windows with glass and shutters.
Living room with sofa, smart TV with reception of digital channels and a portable table fan.
Full kitchen, gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, table for six people, sink, cupboards with pots, crockery, cutlery, blender, thermos and other kitchen utensils.
Full bathroom with electric shower. It also has an outside cold shower.
Balcony overlooking the garden and barbecue with grill and skewer.
Laundry room with a washing machine, washing machine, clothesline, a portable clothesline, bucket, squeegee, broom and a cleaning cloth.
Other items available in the house: six pillows, a face towel, a bathroom floor, toilet paper and liquid soap; three dishtowels, two tablecloths, kitchen sponge, washcloth and dishwashing liquid.
