It has a bathroom and another in a suite - that is, two bathrooms. Covered garage for two cars and open for three cars.
In high season the rates range from 600 to 450 reais. Outside the season the daily stay is $ 300.00 or $ 350.00 on holidays. Consider a cleaning fee of 150 reais for cleaning at the exit, because at the entrance you receive the house clean. You have to bring bedding and bath. Minimum rental of 3 nights out of season and 5 nights in high season.
The house has a queen bed suite; has another double bed room with queen bed; has a third bedroom with 1 triliche and 1 bed, that is, 4 single mattresses. The 32 "flat screen TV with hdmi input - this entry is used to connect the satellite TV: the Oi TV - with more than 200 channels.Wifi was installed in October 2016. Ceiling fan in all rooms.
