House for vacation rental in Florianópolis
A mini wooden house that, despite being only 20 m2, has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. It is located less than a 30-minute walk to the paradise beach of Mozambique, where to get there, you will go through a trail with sand dunes and beautiful natural landscapes. Guests will have complete privacy in a wooden microhouse with a balcony and a hammock.
Tiny houses are a trend all over the world and thinking about that we built one in our backyard to receive guests for short or long periods.
Just 7 km away is the Ingleses neighborhood, where we have the largest infrastructure on the island and one of the busiest beaches throughout the year. It is also close to the beaches on the east of the island. Just 8 km from Barra da Lagoa and 12 km from Lagoa da Conceição.
The guest will have the property's patio and garage fully at their disposal. The little house is completely independent from the main house.
We are a simple and quiet family.
During your stay you will enjoy our swimming pool, we have beach chairs and portable barbecue.
If you are looking for a cozy and quiet place to work from home, we have an excellent fiber optic internet with 200 mega speeds.
The house is ideal for a couple, but we have a futon mattress that can comfortably accommodate a child. Remembering that there is a ladder that gives access to the mezzanine, so for very small children it can be a risk.
Rio Vermelho is a quiet neighborhood with an excellent infrastructure. It is among the best beaches in the north and east of the island.
