For everyone's comfort, the house accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and 2 more children on mattresses on the floor to share the room with the adults.
Please note that the rental price varies depending on the number of guests. Please be sure to enter the exact number, otherwise there will be a charge for the extra guests!
All rooms have air conditioning!
Please do not overload the appliances, use only between 20°C and 25°C, and keep doors and windows closed when using them. And when you go out, please be sure to turn them off.
If it is not used in this way, it is possible that it will overload the device and start to sweat and drip, with the risk of burning the device.
The house has the following division:
• Ground floor: living room with TV, kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, 1 suite with double bed, barbecue area, backyard and covered garage for 2 cars.
• 1st floor: 1 suite with queen bed, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom, living room and balcony.
Bed linen and towels:
Items provided: 1 set of sheets for each bed, 3 pillows for each room, 1 blanket for each bed, 1 face towel and 1 body towel for each guest.
As the house has a washing machine, guests can wash their bed linen and towels when necessary. There will be no change of bed linen/towels during the stay.
If guests do not need to use our bath towels or sheets, a discount (to be agreed) can be given on the cleaning fee.
