The garage is covered, inside the condominium, in front of the entrance door, which makes it easier for you to arrive or leave with your bags and/or shopping.
Its location is perfect, since there are two markets right next door, one of them with a bakery and butcher shop inside, and also a cheese boutique nearby, ideal for enjoying the seaside. It is also very close to the Princesa da Ilha bakery, the neighborhood's favorite. From there you can walk to the city center or even the beach, in just a few minutes, or if you prefer to explore the island, you can use one of the main roads on the beach that leads to other places.
Your pet is welcome here, as long as it is communicated and agreed in advance.
