Apartment for vacation rental in Florianópolis
The apartment is a dreamed duplex to be my family's leisure place.
Upstairs there is a large suite with a double bed, balcony and a nice winter garden in the bathroom.
Downstairs there is another cozy suite, a single bedroom and a guest bathroom. On this floor, for everyone to share, there is a combined kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a balcony with barbecue and sink for a delicious barbecue or breakfast with a beautiful view of the pool.
A functional service area completes this floor.
The apartment was carefully and lovingly designed for the comfort of our guests, being equipped with various utensils for a happy stay.
When choosing our apartment to stay, you will have an exclusive covered garage inside the condominium.
In the neighborhood there are several public parking lots and some paid as well. The same is also served by public transport through common and executive buses. In addition to displacement services by apps.
Access to the neighborhood is via a beautiful hill, from where it is possible to paraglide.
In the flat part of the neighborhood it is possible to walk safely on foot and by bike. Children, big and small, will love it!
In addition to the beach surrounded by beautiful hills, it is possible to make at least three trails of varying intensity and difficulty for nature lovers!
In the superior suite there is an extra double mattress that can be used if necessary. There is also a bathtub which, at the moment, cannot be used for technical reasons.
