This charming chalet offers an authentic accommodation experience on the paradisiacal Praia do Campeche. With its rustic and cozy atmosphere, it is the perfect refuge to relax and enjoy the region's natural beauty.
Chalet Features:
• 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort throughout your stay.
• 2 complete bathrooms, one on each floor of the house, with electric showers to provide invigorating baths.
• Uncovered parking spaces for your convenience.
• Swimming pool with a capacity of 45,000 liters, perfect for leisure moments and family fun.
• Wi-Fi Internet and TV with Netflix for entertainment, plus a large patio to enjoy the outdoors.
Accommodations:
• The Chalet accommodates up to 8 people, with beds available for 7 guests, and can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.
In the bedrooms, there are 3 double beds and 1 single bed, while in the living room there is 1 double mattress.
Important Notes:
• Bedding such as sheets, over sheets, pillowcases, blankets and pillows are available for your use.
• The rooms have air conditioning in 2 of them, as well as ceiling fans and a floor fan in the living room.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, water filter, pans, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, crockery, cutlery, dishes and barbecue utensils.
• There is an external tank for use, with a broom and squeegee, but there is no washing machine available.
• Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included.
Location:
• The owner lives at the back of the property, in a small building, using a passage on the side of the house to access her vehicle in the courtyard.
• The chalet is located 2 km from the beach and 1.5 km from Campeche's main avenue, providing easy access to the region's main attractions.
