The property is located on Canto Grande beach, in the municipality of Bombinhas, in Santa Catarina, and is ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of other beaches in the region, without giving up comfort, beauty and clean waters. In addition, in Canto Grande you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in all of Brazil.There are three paths that take you to this paradise: The easiest and most paved one is through the hill that connects Bombas to Zimbros, following the main avenue. Another is through the hill that connects Bombinhas to Zimbros, passing through Quatro-Ilhas and Mariscal. The last one is through the hill that connects Porto Belo to Zimbros, and should be avoided on rainy days by people who do not have four-wheel drive vehicles or vehicles with special tires.
The center of Canto Grande is at the foot of Morro do Macaco, one of the main views in the region, from where you can see Quatro-Ilhas beach.
The beach is suitable for children and for practicing water sports such as windsurfing, skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, jet-skiing, sailing, etc. It has a pharmacy, ice cream shops, beachwear stores, fishmongers, grocery stores, pizzerias and restaurants.
THE HOUSE
The house consists of 4 (four) suites, one of which faces the sea, a living room, a pantry and a fully equipped kitchen with integrated barbecue, laundry room and garage for up to 4 (four) cars. One of the suites is adapted for guests with special needs.
To further enhance comfort, all rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The barbecue area, located facing the sea, has a rotating spit system, and the entire area is covered by wireless internet. A small swimming pool has also been installed facing the sea, with a view of the sunset.
For your greater security and comfort, the owner is located at the top of the house for any eventuality, maintenance during your stay.
