Third party visits to the property are not permitted. Food is not included in the daily price. The use of an identification bracelet is mandatory.
When contracting the accommodation package, the contract holder agrees to deliver the amount of R$300.00 in cash at check-in to cover any damages caused to the property. If everything is in order after inspection, the amount will be refunded in cash at check-out. For check-in or check-out outside opening hours, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged.
