2 bedrooms with queen bed, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with fireplace and integrated kitchen. Kitchen equipped for cooking and serving as well as coffee shop, blender, microwave, electric oven, cooktop.
Balcony with table, barbecue and ground fire.
•Second floor:
4 single beds and a support bathroom.
The house has air conditioning and has capacity for 8 people. The property has an electronic and homemade gate that takes care of the site with great affection.
