Foi a melhor experiência que eu tive de todas as outras vezes que fui em Natal, sou suspeita em falar da Cidade, mas eu amo aquele lugar. E sobre o flat impecável, tudo limpo, organizado, eu moraria naquele lugar tranquilamente. A vista da sacada da praia, a cordialidade do pessoal do hotel, o café da manhã.. tudo uma maravilha!!! Sra Tania proprietária do flat um amor de pessoal, tudo que foi combinado foi cumprido.. Fui em Janeiro 16 a 23 de 2025.. agora em janeiro de 2026 irei voltar novamente e ficar no mesmo lugar com toda certeza!! Recomendo e podem ir sem medo de errar!!

If extra towels or linens are required, requested by the guest, a cleaning fee of R$15.00 per item will be charged.
HOSTING CHANGE:
■ Up to 14 days before check-in, the date can be changed depending on the availability of the property and adjustment of the rental amount, if applicable. Failure to comply with the deadline and conditions will result in the loss of amounts already paid by the Tenant.
■ Any damage caused to the property, equipment or linen must be replaced by the Tenant via PIX with value parameters consulted on the internet.

Hotel maravilho com um custo benefício ótimo, ótima localização no centro de ponta negra, a poucos metros da praia de ponta negra e morro do careca, nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, fomos a passeio e foi maravilhoso, sem falar na vista que o Apt tem para o morro do careca. Amamos e pretendemos voltar.
