Wonderful outdoor area, surrounded by 360-degree greenery, has a professional clay tennis court, natural swimming pool, swimming pool, wood-fired sauna, gourmet space with barbecue, wood-fired oven, pizza oven and ice machine and the pure mountain air.
The property still has first water and mineral water for human consumption.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property is rented with 01 employee (cook), included in the reservation amount.
A security deposit (caution) is charged, and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2 pm – after office hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: up to 12:00 - A representative (employee of the house) will meet the client at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside of office hours there is a convenience fee.

Pets are allowed with prior notice.
The house is limited to 08 (eight) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
