On the ground floor are the other 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and ceiling fan and 1 toy room with ball pool, seesaw, slide, toys and Smart TV), a common bathroom and kitchen/ open concept room.
The outside area of this house is super attractive. In addition to the direct exit to the beach, the house has a large grassy yard with hammocks, swimming pool, gourmet area with barbecue, shower and external bathroom.
