Welcome to our beach apartment! We created this cozy space thinking about all the things we need when we go on vacation to rest: great beds, a full kitchen, a table to work comfortably from a home office, a great location close to all entertainment venues and the best services available. (swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc.). Everything available for you and your family so you can enjoy the best vacation in the Brazilian Caribbean.Manuela or Carolina will welcome you on the day of check-in, they are our co-hosts in Arraial. When the reservation is made, we will send you their contact details. We ask to get in touch to discuss the arrival time, always remembering that check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is until 11am.
☛ Two-bedroom apartment: 1) suite with double bed, brand new mattresses purchased in May 2024, 2) quadruple room with two pull-out beds, can be a double bed with two helpers or two single beds with two helpers. Brand new mattresses purchased in May 2024. Beds for up to 6 people in total. Seventh person would sleep on the sofa bed. of the room. ☛ Bed linen is included in the stay, along with one bath towel per person and 1 face towel in each bathroom. ☛ Complete kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, plates, glasses, mugs, cookware set and cutlery). ☛ Living room with Smart TV, no cable or open channels. Only access to streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, globoplay (by signing up your own user). ☛ Balcony with side view of Praia dos Anjos. It has a gas barbecue, chairs and a table. ☛ The condominium has a swimming pool, gym, sauna, games room for children and adults and a cinema that guests can use freely. (Jacuzzi and pool barbecue cannot be used by guests). ☛ 1 space available in the underground parking. ✱ The apartment faces the work under construction in block 4 of the condominium. The work is in the finalization stage. The work hours of the project do not bother people during rest hours. ✱ The condominium is located opposite Praia dos Anjos, a quiet neighborhood in Arraial do Cabo. There is the pier where all boat excursions leave. Supermarkets, drugstores and shops are 600 meters away. Just 200 meters away is Praça do Cova, a place where there is more nightlife with artisans, bars and restaurants with live music.
