The house combines comfort, practicality and an authentic experience in Búzios, with easy access to the beaches and the region's lush nature.
Important to know:
* The house is comfortable for up to 6 people. The maximum number of people is 12, sleeping on mattresses on the floor (we provide them).
* As it is close to the sea, it is common to smell the sea air (high humidity levels, above 85%, can be confused with mold).
* The condominium's leisure areas (swimming pool, sauna, etc.) are for recreational and amateur use. The operation of these spaces may vary according to the condominium's internal rules.
* Conscious use of energy: it is recommended to use air conditioning for up to 12 hours/day, at a minimum temperature of 22°C (bedrooms) and 24°C (living room). It is forbidden to keep appliances on with doors or windows open, or outside the room.
* Private pool rules: always use a chlorine float, avoid oils, creams, glass objects and animals in the pool. Children must be accompanied at all times. The technician may perform maintenance without prior notice. The water may become cloudy or greenish due to the weather.
* Solar pool heating raises the water temperature by a few degrees on sunny days. This is not a hot water pool (which will steam up), and the heating may not work well on very cold or cloudy days.
* In heavy rains, there may be leaks or water accumulation in the barbecue area, due to the drainage limit of the gutters.
* If the pool is returned dirty, cloudy or greenish, a new cleaning fee may be charged.
