THE HOUSE
Located facing the condominium pool, our guests will find a super pleasant, cozy, spacious and well-equipped space. Upon arrival, balcony area in front of the house, gourmet area on one side, and garage on the other side. At the entrance door you will find a large and very airy living room, equipped kitchen, guest toilet, Smart TV, dining table and living area.
- Complete kitchen equipped with everything for functional use: containers, pots, crockery, cutlery and appliances;
- Living room has Smart TV with closed channels app available;
- Garage in an uncovered space on the side of the house with gate, ideal for 2 very large cars or 3 if they are small cars (close to each other);
- 200 MB fiber optic Internet - ideal for Home Office, online school, as well as Streaming and video. The rooms have a workbench for a Home Office if necessary.
