The house is recently renovated and is located in a high standard condominium in Manguinhos.
It is 150 meters from the beach.
Our house has 3 suites, 1 toilet + full bathroom, all suites are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is complete, Smart TV and Wi-Fi.
We provide bed and bath linen and we have a beautiful Gourmet area with a private barbecue.
Our location is excellent in a beautiful spot in Manguinhos, just a block from the beach!
House is clean and a place of comfort, rest with quality and very special.
The construction greatly values the entry of natural light with the large glass windows and the entire environment is very airy and inviting.
There is appropriate space for using a notebook and home office;
In the kitchen, we have all the elements that perfectly serve guests, such as pans, containers, accessories, lots of crockery and cutlery;
All rooms (2 suites and 1 bedroom) have air conditioning.
Entering the house you will find:
Garage for 2 cars;

Barbecue sink;
Masonry charcoal barbecue;
Table for dining in the outdoor area with 6 seats, which may include support seats;
A very well-kept garden;
The pool in the photos belongs to the condominium;
Dormitories:
1 ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 extra single mattress, closet and air conditioning;
1 ground floor suite with 1 standard double bed with closet, air conditioning + full bathroom;
1 upper floor suite with air conditioning and 1 standard double bed + 1 single mattress and full bathroom;
*If it is necessary to hire a daily wage employee, separate service;
* We provide bed linen, bath linen, iron and hairdryer;
Integrated Living and Dining Room:
In the living room: Sofa, dining table for 8 people;
Smart TV and Wi-Fi
Kitchen:
Crockery, cutlery that caters to the entire group;
Accessories such as pans, baking trays; coffee maker and other appliances that can be detailed upon request.
Light: When, the guest has a quota of 60 kilowatts of energy included in the price and only pays for what is exceeded in consumption. Operator Enel's rate is R$1.40 per kilowatt.
