It has 5 suites, all air conditioned. The kitchen is complete, the living room is large and airy, first-rate rustic elements are present in the architecture of the house: good wood, glass, masonry. In the outdoor area we have a private barbecue, shower, as well as a grassy area for sunbathing. Commerce is diverse and meets all needs!
The house is really cozy and very special.
With a rustic architecture of great quality, its main elements are a lot of glass and noble wood.
The entire decoration expresses a lot of strength. Natural lighting is a differentiator.
There is appropriate space for using a notebook and home office.
In the kitchen, we have all the elements that perfectly serve guests, pans, containers, accessories, crockery and cutlery;
All 5 suites have air conditioning, 2 with double beds and 3 of them with single bunk beds. We comfortably accommodate 12 people (including children).
Entering the house you will find:
Garage for 3 cars;
Private entrance with 1 pedestrian gate and 1 garage door within the condominium;
Dormitories:
3 ground floor suites with air and all have a single bed, and in some of them we have pull-out beds (up to 8 singles or children);
1 ground floor suite with double bed, air conditioning and closets; (total 2)
1 suite on the upper level, double bed, air conditioning; (total 2)
