There are 5 air-conditioned suites, an integrated living/dining room also air-conditioned, 1 complete internal kitchen, gourmet area with stove, barbecue, duplex refrigerator, 8-seater table and hammock.
The house has a TV, quality Wi-Fi, bed and bath linen and is located 200 meters from Manguinhos beach.
We are in a residential condominium with complete infrastructure (swimming pool, sauna, games, playground), 24-hour concierge.
There is appropriate space for using a notebook, home office and sofas for relaxing;
In the kitchen, we have all the elements that perfectly serve guests, such as pans, containers, accessories, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, ice water dispenser with gallon holder and microwave;
All 5 suites are air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 14 people considering 2 extra single mattresses. The house also has 2 social bathrooms (1 internal and 1 external).
Note: 4 suites are internal and 1 external for singles.
The distribution of the suites is:
1st ground floor suite with 2 single beds with the possibility of joining together to form a double bed, there is the possibility of 1 more person with an extra mattress; (up to 3 people)
2nd Ground floor Suite with 1 Queen Bed and has the possibility of accommodating 1 more person on a single mattress; (up to 3 people)
3rd Suite on the upper floor with 1 Queen bed; (2 people)
