It has 1 suite and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is complete, the living room is large and airy, with glass and wood. In the outdoor area, we have a private barbecue, private pool, as well as a sunbathing area.
The location is very favorable, as the commerce is diverse and meets all needs.
Nearby we have a very favorable commerce for those staying, all within easy reach and close to the house: Restaurants, Extra Supermarket, Hortifrut (franchise), Barbecue House, beverage and ice distributor, all within 400 meters. The condominium is located inside the Portico.
The house is really cozy and very special, with a high-quality rustic architecture, its main elements being glass and noble wood. Natural lighting is a differentiator.
There is appropriate space for using a notebook, Wi-Fi for home office.
In the kitchen, we have all the elements that perfectly serve guests, pans, containers, accessories, crockery and cutlery;
We have 1 suite with 3 bedrooms, including the suite plus 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and a bedroom with a ceiling fan. We comfortably accommodate 8 people and if the group has children, we can accommodate up to 10 with the addition of extra single mattresses.
Note: Gardener and Pool Master usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. Everything to better serve you.
