The house has its charm with a very contemporary architecture incorporated to a very tropical and modern personality.
The location is wonderful and peaceful, in a neighborhood made up mostly of private houses and inns.
There are two floors that accommodate up to 18 people in their 9 rooms. There are 7 complete, comfortable suites with beds, furniture and fabrics of high quality and views to the outside from the windows or sliding glass doors.
For the employees of the house, 2 private rooms are available.
Outside you will have a fully paved and divided yard with an extensive wooden deck, which surrounds the beautiful and refreshing pool of blue tiles. Lying on the wide cozy loungers is a relaxing pastime to enjoy while enjoying a good drink or getting a good tan.
Just a 2 minute walk separates you from a delicious bath in one of the most famous beaches in Búzios, Praia da Ferradura, a cove well known for its shallow and calm waters, with many kiosks close to the strip of sand.
CHARGES THE PART FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF LIGHT, WATER AND SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES.
Homemade: R $ 150 to 200 per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
