It's a super house with a private swimming pool and barbecue.
The house has 4 suites, all with air conditioning, a large living room with TV, dining table, frost-free refrigerator and freezer, wine cellar and Wi-Fi. In the outdoor area, a delicious private pool, outdoor area and barbecue for our guests' leisure.
Super well located in Geribá, the house is on Vieira Câmara Street, just a few meters from Chez Pitu, as a reference.
Large, airy house with excellent natural lighting! The comfort of being in a house with everything up to date, well decorated and equipped, private pool, barbecue and very well located, makes everything even more special on your vacation.
Here you will enjoy privacy, comfort, good service and assistance during your stay.
There are 2 suites on the upper floor and 2 suites on the ground floor, all air conditioned.
The living room is large, the kitchen is complete and equipped with everything needed to serve you and your group, with top-of-the-line appliances, gourmet area with private barbecue, private pool, sunbathing area, fiber optic wi-fi and TV with Smart and Sky function.
We accommodate up to 12 people in these 4 suites and the distribution of beds is as detailed below:
Suite 1: Double box + 1 individual futon, air conditioning and bathroom. (3 people)
Suite 2 (superior): 1 double box bed + 1 single futon, air conditioning and bathroom, (3 people)
Suite 3: 1 double box bed + 1 individual futon, air conditioning. (3 people)
Suites 4: 1 double bed + 1 single futon, air conditioning (3 people)
In the kitchen, we have:
Crockery, cutlery, pans, 5-burner stove on the island with stainless steel hood, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, roasting pan, microwave oven and holder for a gallon of mineral water.
In the private gourmet/leisure area, we have:
Barbecue area with accessories, bench, beer maker, outdoor area for sunbathing and private pool.
important notes:
- The house has an employee to help with cleaning and cooking. Opening hours are from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm daily (charges apply, consult)
- Light consumption will be measured at entry and exit and charged according to the Eneel table 1.33 qw/hr
Note: Gardener and Pool Master usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. Everything to better serve you.
