This house is spacious and located in an excellent spot in Geribá, just 500 meters from Fishbone!
The infrastructure is complete for your days in Búzios with 4 suites and 2 bedrooms, all air-conditioned.
The private leisure area with SWIMMING POOL, BARBECUE, SAUNA, PIZZA IGLOO and common area.
You can walk to the beach.
Our house is in an incredible private location with infrastructure to accommodate a group of up to 16 people (including extra mattresses).
In addition to being comfortable, the fact that it is in a private area will offer peace of mind to your stay as it has an outdoor area for the exclusive use of the house's guests.
Property Description:
2 air-conditioned rooms, plus 4 air-conditioned suites;
It has a Smart TV with SKY in the living room - (TVs in the bedrooms are not available) and good quality WI-Fi that allows you to work from a Home Office or attend online classes;
Sleeps up to 16 people including beds and sofa bed. The distribution is: 6 double beds, 1 sofa bed and 2 extra single mattresses (check availability).
The bathrooms: there are 4 suites with a hot shower, 1 with a natural shower (without electricity) in the living room, 1 toilet in the external area.
Full kitchen, with utensils and appliances, stove, oven, cutlery and crockery to provide functionality.
Integrated living/dining room, has a table for 4 seats, Smart TV and cable channels. Sofa with 4 seats (turns into a sofa bed)
We offer some care for your comfort:
- Bedding; Swimsuit; Hairdryer and Iron
Private Leisure Structure:
Swimming pool, barbecue with accessories, Sauna, pizza igloo, hammock, large balcony.
Parking/Garage: 4 spaces, 2 of which are covered.

Note: Gardener and Pool Master usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. Everything to better serve you.
The land has two houses, and one of them (the larger one) offers everything described in the advertisement, the other (smaller one) is empty and closed and is not available for accommodation. Remembering that our guests will be alone on the land and will not share a plot with caretakers or hosts. Single storey house with easy access.
Access is easy and uncomplicated.
Our check-ins/outs provide ease for our guests, keys are delivered personally upon proper identification of the group.
