In the annex are: 2 suites with a double bed and 1 suite with two bunk beds.
All social spaces in the house are spacious and your kitchen has a powerful industrial stove to serve all your guests. In addition, if you want to enjoy a barbecue, the house has its barbecue area with stove and wood oven.
There is 2500m2 of total area of the house with a harmonious yard, with trees and colorful flowers.
Walking through the outdoor area, you will pass the green lawns of the house, its wonderful swimming pool with covered play areas, your own private tennis court, until you finally reach the private pier of the house. A true tropical coastal luxury.
To relax, you can choose either your private pool, the sauna, or the heated jacuzzi overlooking the outdoor areas, or the exclusive private beach of the condominium.
