Falei diretamente com o proprietário - Sr. Vandir, que foi muito atencioso e contornou sem nenhuma dificuldade a questão do dia/hora da chegada e da saída do imóvel. Apartamento completo e muito amplo, ambiente agradável e com uma vista fantástica - pode-se dizer literalmente que é de "frente para o mar". Importante registrar também o excelente trabalho do pessoal da zeladoria do prédio, mantendo o ambiente limpo e sempre disponíveis quando solicitados.
