The property is fully equipped with a 28 inch television, stove, microwave, cake mixer, freezer, refrigerator, electric sandwich maker, barbecue, blender, cookware (pressure, and others) and all other kitchen utensils, iron, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, sleeping nets, pillows, etc.
The beach where the property is located (Praia Azul) is one of the thirteen beaches that make up the municipality of Pitimbu, in the paradisiacal south coast of Paraíba, close to the beaches of Tambaba (naturism practice), Coqueirinho (with its reefs and natural pools), Carapibus.
It is a beautiful, calm beach, great for swimming and fishing. By boat access, you can discover the natural pools and Pedra da Galé.
It is 3 km from the city center, where we have bakeries, grocery stores, street market, pharmacy, post office, etc.
It is located on the border of the states of Pernambuco and Paraíba (50 km from João Pessoa, on PB 008 and 90 km from Recife).
