It has two suites with air conditioning, Smart TV, double bed, wardrobe with hangers, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, Smart TV in the bedrooms and living room, table and chairs for dining. Bathrooms with electric shower, hygienic shower, hairdryer and mirror.

We are a season manager, we do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, amenities and replacement of materials.
Cleaning the space with change of linen is by appointment with the team and upon payment of a fee.
We will ask all guests on the reservation to take a selfie holding their ID or CNH, in addition to documents with photos. Only after sending the documents will check-in be authorized.
Pets are allowed upon payment of an extra fee per animal (check with the host).
ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, energy consumption will be charged separately and subject to a security deposit (Check amount with host).
When through DECOLAR, the cleaning fee will be charged outside (check the amount with the host).
For your convenience and safety, you will be attended to by the team from the beginning of your reservation until check-out.
