Excellent apartment, located in front of the beach, in Rio Vermelho.Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment has 1 suite with air conditioning and Smart TV, Wi-Fi, cozy living room, full kitchen and balcony with incredible beach views. In addition, the building has an adult pool, gym, sauna and maid service from Monday to Saturday.
We take care of the house with all the care and attention in order to provide the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.

**For reservations of more than 15 nights, we charge for energy consumption. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$900.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

It is located close to Aracajé da Dinha, which is considered one of the main tourist and cultural points of Salvador, with several bars and a renowned nightlife. In addition, it is close to Praia da Paciência, a beautiful and attractive local beach.
The Rio Vermelho neighborhood is without a doubt the best neighborhood to enjoy the best that Salvador has to offer, besides the beach and proximity to tourist attractions. It also has markets, pharmacies, bars, nightclubs and, best of all, without the need to use a vehicle.
