Excellent one bedroom and living room apartment, located in front of Praia do Buracão, in Rio Vermelho.Located on the 2nd floor, my apartment has 1 suite with split air conditioning and Smart TV with cable channels, living room, full kitchen and a beautiful balcony with a view of the beach. In addition, the building offers a swimming pool with sea views, gym, sauna and electric barbecue.
We take care of the apartment with all the care and attention in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
******A deposit of R$600.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
The composition of the room is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 Queen bed, split air conditioning, Smart TV, blackout curtains and closet.
NOTE: Double sofa bed in the living room.
The Rio Vermelho neighborhood is without a doubt the best neighborhood to enjoy the best that Salvador has to offer. In addition to the beach and proximity to tourist attractions, it also has markets, pharmacies and, best of all, no need to use a vehicle.
