My name is Fernanda Passos,
I never imagined that, in the future, our summer house would be transformed into accommodation.
It all started with a conversation with my brother.
Soon after the family conversation, my husband and I decided to build apartments, a big challenge for us, as it took years to set up and start hosting. Our intention, from the beginning, was to build good memories on the island regarding this new world of hosting and that's what it has been, because life certainly surprises us, doesn't it?
I went slowly, scared, because it was a new experience for me, an unknown world, but I bravely faced the challenge.
On this beautiful journey, I made friends and found "family" without being blood relatives, coming from all over the planet.
The best thing about the whole story is the certainty of knowing that I will remain forever in the memory of many people, and for some I will remain in their hearts.
Knowing that our guests feel at home with us is very rewarding and enriching. I love having a positive and pleasant connection with guests from the beginning.
So, I am very grateful to God first of all for providing me with this enriching experience in my life story.
