Welcome to a unique and authentic chalet in the heart of the Capão Valley, located in one of the most privileged spots in the region. Here, simplicity and comfort meet in harmony with nature.
This chalet was carefully built by the owner and host, with ecological materials that reflect the spirit of sustainability and the local essence. The construction uses clay adobe, reforested eucalyptus and a burnt cement floor, typical of the region, bringing authenticity to every detail. The entire project was designed to create a welcoming, sustainable environment that is connected to nature.

The chalet is ideal for couples or small families looking for tranquility and contact with the environment.
* Bedroom: A cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed equipped with the Emma Duo mattress, perfect for a restful night's rest.
*Kitchen: A spacious and functional kitchen, with a large countertop, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying a stunning view of the surrounding mountains.
Extra: A trunk with space to accommodate an additional mattress, ideal for a child or a third person.

The chalet is situated in Sítio Rodas, a spacious property surrounded by large neighbouring plots of land, ensuring silence and privacy. We are just:
12 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to Vila do Capão, where you will find markets, cafes and restaurants.
Near the famous Rio Preto waterfall, ideal for a refreshing morning. The waterfall is known for being a nudist spot on occasion, but it offers tranquility and direct contact with nature.
4 minutes from the dam, another perfect spot to relax and connect with the natural environment.
