Vacation Rental - Triplex House in Praia do Forte-BA 4/4 in the Fishing VillageFor those who want to enjoy a long weekend with family and friends, this is the right place. It is a house in Vila, close to everything: bars, restaurants, bistros, grocery stores, pharmacies... less than 100m from a parking lot and 300m from the church beach. You can easily walk to everything.
The house is furnished and equipped with appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, blender, mixer, electric oven and a holder for a 20-liter bottle. It has pots, glasses, plates and cutlery, coffee mugs and some other kitchen utensils.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with two sofas, a dining room with an open kitchen, a toilet and a service area with a shower to remove salt and sand from the beach.
On the 1st Floor, 3/4 with beds and ceiling fans, and a social bathroom.
On the terrace, there is a spacious suite and an area for chatting, having a barbecue or simply enjoying the view of the starry sky (a spectacle in itself).
Guests must bring bed linen and personal hygiene items.

It is a peaceful environment, on a simple street of old residents of the village, it is a house that has an excellent interior finish. The feeling of those who rent it is as if they were at home.
We take water and energy readings at check-in and check-out, as consumption is charged separately. Cooking gas is also the guest's responsibility.
We accept split payments by card, via Mercado Pago or Infinite Pay. If the guest wishes to split the payment with other guests, simply inform us how many will make the payment and we will send the links for the agreed amounts, as long as the sum of the payments is the total rental amount.
We do not accept animals in the residence.
