House located in the condominium, offers an excellent structure with all the best amenities in Praia do Forte, with easy access to the village, where there are several bars, restaurants and other attractions, in addition to the beach!Accommodates up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms (3 suites, one on the ground floor), cozy living room with Smart TV and full kitchen, integrated and with direct access to the outdoor area, with swimming pool, garden and barbecue.
We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
*We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights we charge for water and energy;
*A deposit of R$2500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 5 working days after check-out.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain;
Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain;
Bedroom 1 (Superior): 1 single bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.
The Condominium has 2 swimming pools, tennis court, football field, green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday to access the village and beach. Times according to availability.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and swimming pool in my space. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
