Great house, located in the Condominium, with excellent infrastructure!It has a living room, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, 4 suites (1 on the ground floor), all air conditioned. It has a wonderful outdoor area with swimming pool, garden and barbecue.
We take care of the apartment with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge for water and energy.
***A deposit of R$1000.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (New Year's Eve reservations the security deposit will be doubled);

Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, closet and view.
Suite 4 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, split air conditioning, closet, TV and view.
The Casas de Sauípe condominium has a swimming pool, dining kiosks, sports courts, children's playground, swimming pool, sauna, bike path, gym and private access to the beach. It is worth mentioning that Sauípe has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia and the distance from my accommodation to the sea is only 800m.
