**Water and electricity consumption will be charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 5 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
The rooms are composed as follows:
Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet;
Suite 2 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet;
Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet;
Suite 4 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet;
Suite 5 (superior): 1 super king bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closet and balcony.
Guests will have access to the entire space of the house and condominium without restrictions.
The Quintas do Sauípe Condominium has a swimming pool, gourmet lounge, party room, games room, kids' area, playground, gym and sports courts. In addition, the condominium also has: 2 tennis courts, sports area, squash room, sauna, massage room, cinema, gym and 2 playgrounds.
