Excellent high standard house, located in the Condominium, with full infrastructure and 24-hour security, in Praia do Forte.My space consists of 5 suites, all with air conditioning and TV. It also has a cozy, air-conditioned living room with pay TV (Sky), a full kitchen with views of the pool, an outdoor area with barbecue and hammock, green area and a wonderful swimming pool.
We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Water and electricity consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$2500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (New Year's Eve reservations the security deposit will be doubled).

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 Queen bed, Split air conditioning, Smart TV and closet.
Suite 4 (Superior): 1 Queen bed, Split air conditioning, TV and closet.
Suite 5 (Superior): 1 Queen bed, Split air conditioning, Smart TV and closet.
The Condominium has 2 (two) swimming pools, tennis court, football field, lots of green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday to access the village and beach. Times according to availability.
The outdoor area of the house is undoubtedly the best part, being equipped with a swimming pool, dining furniture and a green area in direct contact with nature.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and swimming pool in my space. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace and relaxation.
