Wonderful 4-suite house, located in the Condominium in Guarajuba. It has 24-hour security, swimming pool, barbecue, gourmet area and Wi-Fi, furnished with closets in all bedrooms. It also has a living room and 1 more bedroom with Cinebox TV (all channels, movies and series available), gourmet space with barbecue and full kitchen.We take care of the house with all the love and care in order to provide the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property;
****A deposit of R$1,000.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out. (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled).
****The common area of the condominium will be under construction until 10/31. During this period, access to the area will be restricted to ensure everyone's safety.****
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
- Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, chest of drawers, fan and blackout curtains.
- Suite 2 (superior): 3 single beds, TV, split air conditioning, closet, fan and blackout curtain.
- Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, closet, fan and blackout curtain.
- Suite 4 (superior): 1 queen bed, 4 single mattresses, box TV, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.
*All bathrooms have showers with solar heating systems.
In every part you can enjoy and relax with all the amenities it offers and among them, we highlight the private Gourmet area, as a wonderful space, with swimming pool and covered barbecue, ideal to enjoy a beautiful sunny day!
