Duplex bungalow style apartment, right on the sand, 3 suites, located in Condomínio Itacim 23 in Itacimirim.The space is fully furnished, equipped with a living room with TV, full kitchen, Split air conditioning in all suites, a great balcony with a hammock and a wonderful Gourmet space equipped with a covered barbecue.

**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights we charge for water and energy;
***A deposit of R$800.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (New Year's Eve reservations the security deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, blackout curtain, split air conditioning and closets.
Suite 3 (Superior): 2 double beds, blackout curtain, split air conditioning, closets and balcony with a view.
